Terms:

No goods will be shipped without a written order. Payment in full including shipping charges and tax, if applicable, is due prior to shipment.

Payments:

Payment method include PayPal or money order.

Reserves:

discount designer fabrics online will hold reserves for 10 working days. You may email us to extend for an additional 10 days. Reserves will be canceled if payment and cutting approval are not received within that time period.

Minimum Orders:

There is a minimum order of two yards fabric and 5 yards of trim. Any order under the minimum will be subject to a $15.00 cutting fee. Split shipments, where part of the order is under the minimum, will also be subject to a $15.00 cutting fee.

Returns:

Due to our low, low pricing, under no circumstances will goods be
returnable.

Claims:

To initiate a claim for flawed goods, please contact us to discuss your findings and get authorization for return for inspection. Merchandise must be returned, freight prepaid, within 30 days of ship date. Industry standards allowance for flaws will apply. In the case of defective merchandise, discount designer fabrics online reserves the right to replace goods or refund the purchase price at its option. Claims for dyelot variation will not be accepted if no cutting has been requested at time of purchase.

ANY AND ALL CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHIPMENT DATE.

Fabrics are not guaranteed against fading due to undue exposure to sun or atmospheric conditions, nor to discoloration due to washing or contact with any other liquid. Linen, denim, and pigment dye prints may be subject ot color loss due to wear when used in upholstery.

It is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer to properly specify the end use of any fabric, Hunter Douglas or Conrad Shades and to confirm with their workrooms or installer that the correct COM has been received in good condition.

Mistakes can occur, and to insure that you are getting the correct fabric, Hunter Douglas or Conrad Shades to your workroom / installer, we recommend that you request a cutting for approval, and attach a cutting to your workroom / installer order.
